Via Ferrata
Climb a protected rock route fixed with cables, ladders and bridges high above the valley floor. Via ferrata lets you experience the vertical world of the Ardennes without needing to be a climber.
Location
The route is set on a rock face in the Belgian Ardennes, chosen for its secure anchors, spectacular views and approachable difficulty level.
Duration
Expect roughly half a day from briefing to finish, including equipment fitting, approach walk and the climb itself.
Level
Accessible to beginners with a head for heights and a reasonable fitness level. A certified guide is with the group the entire way and every participant is clipped in at all times.
What to expect
You will be fitted with a harness, helmet and via ferrata lanyard. A certified guide leads the route, explaining how to clip in and move safely along the cables while you focus on the views and the climb.
