These Terms govern the use of this website. Once paid registration opens, they may also form part of the participation agreement between a participant and The Oasis Adventure, together with the Participation & Cancellation Policy and any information provided during the booking process.

3. Website information

  • The information on this website is prepared with reasonable care.
  • Programme details can change.
  • Activities can change and are not yet confirmed.
  • The exact campsite has not yet been confirmed.
  • Material booking information will be provided before any payment is requested.
  • Obvious mistakes, such as clear typographical or pricing errors, do not automatically bind the organiser where this is legally permitted.

  • It does not reserve a place.
  • It creates no payment obligation.
  • It does not guarantee availability.

5. Formation of a future booking

Once paid registration opens, the website will clearly explain the steps required to make a booking. A binding agreement will arise only at the point specified during that booking process and once the required payment and confirmation conditions have been satisfied.

The intended process is: the participant submits a booking, pays €349 per person, The Oasis issues a booking confirmation, and participation is confirmed. The final wording of this process will be presented during checkout before any payment is made.

6. Price

The intended price is €349 per person, including VAT. No deposit is currently intended. The full amount is intended to be payable when booking. Any unavoidable mandatory charges will be included or displayed as required by law before payment.

Where The Oasis contracts such providers as part of the services it offers to participants, its responsibility is determined by the agreement and by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Participants remain responsible for their own intentional or negligent acts and are expected to take reasonable care of themselves, other participants and property.

The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage solely caused by circumstances outside its legal responsibility.

Where this happens, The Oasis will inform participants as soon as reasonably possible and seek a proportionate solution. Any consequences remain subject to mandatory consumer law.

17. Intellectual property

The Oasis branding, logo, original website content, photographs and materials belong to or are licensed to The Oasis Adventure unless otherwise stated. They may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

18. Photography and video

Photography and video may take place during the event, for example to document the weekend and for future promotion.

Participants will have a clear and separate way to indicate that they do not want identifiable images of themselves used for promotional or marketing purposes. This preference is never bundled into acceptance of these Terms, and choosing it does not affect participation. You can also let us know at any time by emailing info.oasisadventuretrip@gmail.com.

19. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to info.oasisadventuretrip@gmail.com.

21. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the agreement and the consumer protection rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a valid choice of Dutch law is possible, Dutch law will apply without depriving consumers of mandatory protections they are entitled to under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction or applicable consumer protection law.

22. Changes to these Terms
