The intended price is €349 per participant including VAT. The current plan includes the campsite stay, at least two major organised outdoor activities including necessary activity equipment, an additional organised Friday group activity, breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, shared dinner on Thursday and Friday, the Saturday barbecue, and soft drinks served during breakfast and dinner. Final programme details will be confirmed before paid registration opens.

You will need to bring your own camping equipment, including your own tent. A full recommended packing list will be provided before the weekend.

No. Participants arrange their own transport to and from the event. Transport to activities is not generally included either. Carpooling may be used voluntarily, and The Oasis will make reasonable efforts to help identify practical solutions where transport issues arise.

No. Participants are responsible for their own lunch.

Yes. Participants bring and set up their own tent.

No specific experience is currently required. The weekend is intended to make outdoor adventure accessible while still providing opportunities to challenge yourself.

A basic level of physical fitness is required. Participants should be capable of several hours of moderate outdoor physical activity. You do not need to be an athlete.

The weekend will include at least two major organised outdoor activities plus an additional organised Friday group activity. The exact activities have not yet been confirmed and may depend on weather, availability and safety considerations.

If a water-based activity is included, participants taking part in that activity must be able to swim.

Yes. Participants will be required to confirm during paid booking that they have appropriate health insurance and travel insurance covering the outdoor activities they intend to participate in.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies communicated at least 45 days before the event. Please contact us as early as possible.

Paid registration has not opened yet. The intended cancellation conditions are a 100% refund more than 100 days before arrival, a 50% refund between 50 and 100 days before arrival, and no standard refund less than 50 days before arrival. These conditions remain subject to final legal verification and mandatory consumer rights before paid bookings open.

Once paid registration opens, the intention is to allow booking transfers until 30 days before the event, subject to approval by The Oasis and the replacement participant meeting all participation requirements.

If The Oasis cancels the entire event after paid bookings have opened, payments made to The Oasis for the event booking will be fully refunded, subject to any additional rights under applicable consumer law.

No. Registering interest is completely free and non-binding. It does not reserve a place and does not create a payment obligation.
