The package includes your stay at the campsite, the organised outdoor activities, breakfast, shared dinners and the Saturday barbecue.

You will need to bring your own camping gear, including your own tent. Transportation to and from the campsite is not provided. A full packing list will be shared with you before the weekend.

Yes. For the first edition of The Oasis, everyone brings and sets up their own tent.

No specific experience is required. The weekend is all about adventure, trying new things and enjoying the outdoors together.

A basic level of physical fitness is required, but you definitely do not need to be an athlete. Where possible, activities will offer different levels so everyone can participate, challenge themselves and have fun.

The weekend will include two main outdoor activities. We are currently considering options such as mountain biking and a water-based activity. There will also be an additional organised group activity on Friday.

No. Participation is not mandatory. If you prefer not to take part in one of the main activities, alternative activities will be available where possible.

The Oasis will take place at a campsite in the Ardennes.

You can travel to the campsite by car or public transport. More detailed travel information will be shared before the weekend.

No. Transportation to and from the campsite is not included. However, we will do our best to connect participants and help arrange carpooling.

Yes. Breakfast and shared dinners are included, including an extensive barbecue on Saturday evening.

No. Drinks are not included in the package.

Absolutely. The Oasis is built around meeting new people, sharing experiences and connecting with others, so joining without a group is completely in the spirit of the weekend.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

The current setup is designed for a group of up to approximately 50 people.

The weather in the Ardennes can be unpredictable, but bad weather does not automatically mean activities will be cancelled. Where necessary, the programme may be adjusted and alternative activities may be organised.

Yes. There will be sufficient clean toilets and showers within walking distance of the group camping area.

Yes. Electricity will be available on or close to the group camping area.

The weekend runs from Thursday 5 August until Sunday 8 August 2027. Guests arrive on Thursday, set up their tents and start the weekend together. Sunday is reserved for breakfast, packing up and departure. Exact arrival and departure times will be communicated closer to the event.

If you need to cancel your participation, please let us know as soon as possible. Because accommodation, activities, catering and other arrangements are booked in advance based on the number of participants, cancellation costs may apply. The amount refundable will depend on the date of cancellation and on costs that The Oasis has already committed to or can no longer recover. Any applicable cancellation fees and refund conditions will be clearly stated in the booking terms before you complete your reservation. Where mandatory consumer or travel laws give you additional cancellation or refund rights, those statutory rights will always remain applicable. We therefore strongly recommend taking out suitable cancellation or travel insurance in case you are unexpectedly unable to attend.

Yes. Participants are responsible for arranging their own appropriate travel, accident and, where desired, cancellation insurance. The Oasis does not provide personal travel or accident insurance for participants. Before attending, you should check that your insurance provides sufficient coverage for the outdoor and sporting activities included in the weekend.

Yes. A full packing list will be provided before departure, including everything you need for camping and the planned activities.

Of course. You are welcome to join with friends, but The Oasis is designed as one shared group experience. Expect to meet, interact and share activities with people outside your own group as well.

The weekend has an organised programme, but it is deliberately spread across several days so it never feels rushed. Friday and Saturday each revolve around one main outdoor activity, with plenty of time in between to relax, eat, socialise and enjoy the campsite.

Yes, alcohol is allowed in moderation. We want everyone to have a good time while keeping the atmosphere safe, respectful and enjoyable for the whole group. Alcohol during the activities is not allowed. Participants who are under the influence will be refused participation in activities where this could create a safety risk.

Outdoor and sporting activities involve inherent risks and can never be completely risk-free. Safety is therefore one of our highest priorities. Activities will be organised with appropriate equipment, instructions and safety measures, and participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by The Oasis and/or professional activity providers. Participants remain responsible for behaving responsibly, informing instructors of relevant limitations where necessary, and deciding whether they are able to safely participate in an activity.
